Vision: This is a really great picture, don't get me wrong, and despite what I'm about to say I honestly believe that you did a really good job and you should be proud of yourself for that.
Originality: Now, let me be the first to admit that I love Fluttershy. She's cute and lovable and kind and various other synonyms, and I think you captured that beautifully. However, I have a couple issues with the subject. One, I want to know why you made her backlit like you did because it sort of makes the whole picture seem darker, and not as generally bright and wholesome as we've come to expect for Fluttershy. Two, while I do like the background, I think you could have done it in a color more associated with Fluttershy, such as yellow, pink, or even teal for her eyes.
Technique: Flawless, and I especially liked how you gave the background a misty, ethereal quality. The vector work on foal Fluttershy is great, and it really captures the dumbfounding cuteness of the character. Keep up the good work!
Impact: I can't say that I was as invested in this piece for two reasons. One, it is only a wallpaper, so it's meant to be something pretty to look at and not necessarily tell a story through the art. Two, while I am a major fan of our yellow friend, I understand when a concept has been worn into the ground, as is the case with the whole "Fluttershy being shy/cute" thing. I'm not trying to call your baby ugly or anything, but for the next wallpaper or picture you do should have a bit more of her personality factored into it. Maybe tending to her animals or something?
Overall: a great little piece, definitely worthy of my favorites, with only a few niggles as far as content is concerned. Keep up the good work, and I hope to see something great out of you real soon!

I'll start off by saying that's just plain adorable. Really, it is.
I really like the colors you used. They are the perfect shades to make impact on the setting. You are very, very talented.
I personally think you could have made the tail a bit thicker. It's a little thin for a pony's tail.
Her wings are a little high on her back, but if she's flapping her wings than it makes sense.
I think the mane could have had a little hair in the back, one side of her head looks slightly bald. (Not really, though. She's very cute.)
I love the blur at her feet and tail, it really makes it look like she's soaring up into the sky. And the background is a great choice, somehow it just really suits the overall feel of the drawing.
Your an amazing artist, and i think you did an adsolutely GREAT job on this drawing.

Fluttershy was even cuter as a baby. I didn't think it was possible for her to get cuter than she already is. I think I'm going to have a heart attack from her adorableness

Normally, when something is extra cute, I claim to cry to show the extent of the cuteness. But this time, I actually did cry. They were not manly tears. I do not care how girly they were.
