This brightly clad hero is TIGERCAT! Gifted with cat-like agility, superhuman strength, and enhanced senses and healing, he patrols the rooftops to keep the city safe.I made this guy up when I was about 11 or 12 but haven't done much with him in a long time. Not too long ago I decided to revamp him, and here's his updated design.
