Description
I was photographing a Great Spotted woodpecker when the Sparrowhawk arrived but I was too close to get them both in the frame so had to montage the photos together. When the Sparrowhak left another woodpecker arrived so I put it in too. So it really did happen just not all at the same timeRelated content

Even though it has had some photoshop magic; I think this is an amazing photo! Just to think what animals all might come together in one little place

Oh wow. Lucky capture! The sparrowhawk didn't try to do anything to the woodpecker?

Woodpeckers obviously have some serious ninja skills

Wow, I think that if that was an actual scene it would either mean that the sparrowhawk was spacing out or that the woodpeckers were Master Ninjas to creep on him like that

Wow thats such an awesome picture XD thats so lucky to have that Sparrowhawk come in so you can then blend the ones of the woodpeckers together :3 Sparrowhawks, other than the eagles, are my most fav bird, they are so regal and gosh, their flight is stunning 0-0 You must have so many great experiences photographing these extraordinary animals!
