hello people!!welcome to my newest contest!!
my sweetpea little red sapphire here need SIX BEAUTIFUL ruby guards!
that's where y'all come in!
here are the rules!
1. you can design up to 2 rubies
2. make sure they have a red hair band (as shown above)
3. give them a GOOD personality
4. submission of the ruby MUST include a smaller piece with the ruby and my sapphire interacting in it. ( just cause i wanna see sapphie in y'alls style c: )
5. don't get mad if i don't choose one or both of your ruby submissions.
6. bases are allowed
7. if you chose to enter PLEASE comment and PLEASE actually submit something...
8. have FUN

i will expect art with bases used. just put more than 5 minutes into your submission please

like a template for the ruby that we make. like personality, and looks, and other info. it is just that people tend to prefer a specific template for their stuff

not completely copy the style, but to look as though they’re her own personal guards ya know?
their personality and other stuff is aallll up to you! the hair can be any style as long has they have the red hairbands and kinda go along with reds theme. make sense?

Does Sapphire belong to any diamond or under the diamond authority at all?
Do the rubies hair has to look like in the base above or I can draw whatever as long as they have the hair band?
Can I use the design even after submitting it to the contest? (because I have tendency of attaching to things, especially characters I designed

1. no she does not belong to a diamond so don't worry about it
2. nope! they don't have to look like the base above, just as long as they have the hair band and somewhat match sapphire. as they are her personal ruby guards. (i may open like a kingdom for her sometime)
3. if you dont win yes yes you can, if you win you can always make fan art with the ruby i don't mind. since it'll still belong to you, but it'll also half belong to red sapphire as ruby is her guard ya know?? if that makes sense???
(so don't worry about getting attached okay? there's ALWAYS a compromise)
