SPOILERS FOR SPIDER-MAN ENDS OF THE EARTH:
Spider-Man and Sable approach Rhino in a flooding hallway. Rhino grabs Sable and starts to drown her, saying that he will drown with her because he wanted Spider-Man to fail his "Nobody dies rule." Spider-Man struggled, but Sable shouted that Spider-Man didn't have time and that he had to stop Doc Ock from destroying the world. You see Both Rhino and Sable underwater.
After Spider-Man stops Doc Ock, he swims up from the sinking station and gets to the boat, where he says "I failed, somebody died." The next issue of Avenging Spider-Man coming out next week is about remember Silver Sable.

No body, yet, but Avenging Spider-Man next week can go either way. They say her death will have a huge impact on Spider-Man as it's someone he respects and is competent that he would feel broken over her dying on his watch.

Well, thing about Sabra, the writer tweeted that the bullet grazed her, and she's alive.
...but it wasn't mentioned in the story...so I guess no writer will use her.
