I'd like to see somebody break the mold of young vixen telepaths and do the racist dirty old man telepath. Maybe make somebody like Jack Nicholson's character from As Good As It Gets but make him a telepath. I think it would be perfect. The guy who is an utter failure at interpersonal communication is the one who can read the other guy's mind (and make the situation worse by commenting on it).
