Description
So, after who knows how long, here is my conversion set for and :icon (as well as their now deactivated joint account, )'s SSMU set for the front view base! Which, now that I'm checking, it seems like those templates have been removed since I started working on this. Huh.I think I may just die after all that work...
Anyway, I know some of these suck, but the thing is that the original SSMU base and the front view base obviously don't have the same proportions, so they aren't going to be 100% perfect conversions. On others, I really don't have any excuse for the quality, which is why a few of them don't have shoes.
Go ahead and use it if you want, just credit me and these artists:
(for the original Crystal template, called 'Crystalline' here) EDIT 4/28/20: Sammie has requested I remove any conversions of their templates. If you have downloaded This before this date, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CRYSTAL/CRYSTALLINE TEMPLATE
LadyoftheLily (for the Elite form)
If I forgot anyone else, let me know!

I just realized after looking at the templates for the normal, super, and eternal outfits, as well as the alts, that both the eternal outfits shouldn't have a line going through them. Only the normal and super outfits should have a lne going through them. Both eternal outfits shouldn't have them. I did a little research beforehand while I was doing my own versions of said outfits, and every picture I've seen of the eternal doesn't have the line that the normal and super outfits do. Long story short, the normal, super and manga outfits should have the line, while the eternat form doesn't. You don't have to change it if you don't want to. I just thought I'd point it out to you.

No problem, glad you pointed that out.

Just an FYI, the only time the Starlights ever had a mic in their ears was when they were transforming. Any time after that, they only ever had earrings on. I haven't seen much, or really none, of the episodes of the Starlights arc of Sailor Moon, though, so I could be wrong.

Noted! I might just set the mics off to the side then like the hair clips on the Cosmos form.

Sounds good to me. Oh, also, I meant to tell you this yesterday, but I managed to save most of the templates that PlanetXiN and LavenderSeaFairy did, so if you need a certain template, I can see if I can find it for you. I'll have to wait until I get home, though, since said templates are on a flash drive, and I don't usually bring it with me. I don't have many opportunities to acess a computer, so it'd just be more trouble than it's worth right now.

Thanks, but I actually still have the templates on my computer. I was just surprised by their deletion from dA, as they were still available on dA when I started the project and didn't notice when they were gone.

Ah, okay. Oh, one more thing. Sorry if i'm annoying you with these questions, but how'd you do the transparent parts for the Immortal, Hentai, and Purity forms? I ask because I use a different base than the one you used (it's mainly just with a different skin tone and different eyes, but still pretty much the same), and I feel like the transparent parts wouldn't fit well with the base I use.

Oh, you're not annoying at all! To answer your question, when I was working on this project, I cheated and rather than use any program that allows you to make things transparent (I'm still making the jump to Paint.net), I recolored parts in MS Paint. Specifically, I took the clothing parts (like the sleeves), erased the colors aside from the outlines, and after attaching them to the base roughly recolored the skin parts to make them look transparent (I was really lazy on this, as I directly used the 'transparent' colors from Xin's templates). I know that doesn't really make a whole lot of sense, but it is still morning for me. If you want to know a 'proper' way to make things transparent, I'm sure any program with layers (like Photoshop, but free ones as well including Gimp and Paint.net) can do that. Just put the item as a separate layer from the base and reduce the opacity to however you desire.

Thank you! It was an idea I've been wanting to do for awhile, mostly for nostalgia (Xin's stuff was what got me into SSMU in the first place). I hope you enjoy using it!

She was the same reason I got into it too I knew about it a long time ago but never took it up as in making characters but after seeing her senshi I start doing it but its good your redoing their templates frontview style.

It is just for the template. Hair can be added.

In theory, it's a template, so you can add your own hair, and change whatever colors you wish on the outfits. Obviously to use, it's better to ask permission first. Verdy-K has a LOT of hair templates, and if you do a search here on DA, you'll find a lot more if you know what you're looking for.

I'd reccommend using a program like GIMP,paint.net, or even Photoshop. You could also use MS Paint, I guess. If you want my opinion, I've used paint.net for a while, and it's worked great for me, but it's your choice.

I agree. I've used a lot of various programs, but I stick with MSPaint. Win10's version had more options than the previous ones, and depending on what you're trying to do, recoloring specific things are a piece of cake.
