Something that I drew like a year and a half ago that I decided to screw around with.I looooove Hime Gyaru!!
One day I hope to sell these kinds of designs on notebooks and school stuff....sort of like Lisa Frank. I think that children these days have got it bad...cartoons, toys and just stuff in general suck for kids. Everything is an ugly bobblehead. I want to bring it back and keep it real.

Man, this actually reminds me of some of the spiral notebooks I picked up in the International District. They have really cool designs, not... the stupid crap you see now for kids.

i agree. "kidz design" is the lamest it has been since the 50s. where at least, shit was new and imaginative.
i love the glittery text! and her gigantic fabulous hair. it's so classic and beautiful! and you did and amazing job with the highlights and little details.
the lines on the dress are great too, looks just like the stitching, stiff and kinda gathered like real dress fabric.

I always have the most fun when I draw light-hearted stuff. Probably because it's easiest for me. lol
If I push myself too hard with challenges, drawing stops being fun and I don't want that. ;[
