This is 's character, Destina Starshine.A mahou shoujo who loves to draw so much that it affects her grades! Lol That sounds very much like how I was in highschool.
I was really bored and felt in the mood to draw something hyper. I wanted to make it look like a promo poster or a manga cover or something.
I am going to color it.
