Lineart is done on comic book art panel (11x17)
The panel is then scanned and the coloring is done in Photoshop.
Try the search string "how to color comic books" in Google for online tutorials. I don't have any (sorry).

She doesn't seem to enjoy building that sand castle, but at least she has help from Tinker Bell... Once again, I just love your work, guys. The sand texture on her legs brings forth that dimension and makes it truly amazing!!!
