Yep, from a model I'm currently practicing a lot so I can come up with better art. When I do them usually, I always try to view heads in shapes, like the head as an egg, the nose as a piramide, the neck as an cilinder etc. That makes drawing them in different angles easier.

It's a practice I started but I used to draw often in class. My inspiration would be at its peek especially during boring lectures
