Wheeeeeee, dancing Spurkanz C:So I got bored and started messing about with pixels again. Initially I made an animated pixel version of this: but then decided to shrink it down and see if it worked as an icon. And it does! Kind of
Standard colour: RESERVED (for me)
Custom Colour 1: TAKEN (by ~BardArtMan )
Custom Colour 2: TAKEN (by ~twiliunicorn )
I will probably make more in the future and put them up for sale/trade, if anyone's interested.

I'd love to have a go at some other Spectrobes (no idea when, but I will) and I'll definitely have a go at a Ryza :3 (If I make enough, I'll auction them off so people can actually buy them)

First I have to learn to draw Spectrobes xD Child forms will be much easier to fit into the icon box, so I'll probably try them first. And Ryza happens to be one of my favourites <3

I can't really draw animals in general, but I've at least had a go at Ryza in the past so that might make it a bit easier.

that's good! but a bit of advice, drawing humans as well as you do, dogs and similar creatures shouldn't be that hard to grasp

I'd love to make a Rydrake one, but he's so big and complex I don't think I'd be able to fit him all in xD A Ryza would probably be doable though.

I just pixel-ify a drawing I've already done and then shrink it down to fit icon size. Probably not the best way to do it but it works for me xD

How do you pixel-ify something?

Reduce the image to about 400 pixels in size and then just go over it in a program like Paint.NET, which actually operates in full pixels unlike something like Photoshop, which uses much smaller ones.

Normally I use Manga Studio Debut 4 (which is specially designed for making comics) but for the sprites I used Paint.NET, which is free, and that makes it awesome.
