A trio of pixel arts using only 4 colors each from the Windows Vista Paint palette.
Done for a challenge on #Flashybox . It was an excellent opportunity to finally do some pixel work!Short explanations:
#1: Simple sprite of my character Jamuko. I quickly animated and made it my icon as you can see.
#2: Based on a beautiful illustration by Keiji Asakawa, which I've been using as my desktop background. [link] It was tough but fun to try to adapt it at such a small scale.
#3: Based on my own drawing from a while ago which I've been using as an icon on many other sites. Thought it'd be fun to make a pixel version and play with antialiasing.

Pixeling is tough! Every pixel counts and it requires a good eye and patience, but I think you did a great job!!!

For that middle one, I owe the awesomeness to Keiji Asakawa for that desktop background! *__* It's so beautiful, it was fun to try to recreate. That image inspires me. ^^
