Jana's just messing with him lol he's been so uptight and serious since joining and no one's really cut him any slack for trying to make up for his failures. To me i pictured settling down in the alliance was incredibly challenging for Arcann since hardly anyone could give him the time of day, other than the commander. So i was thinking during that whole Arcann scene, there had been enough time to reflect and come to terms with their antagonistic relationship and figure out where they stand as allies. Jana understands that Arcann is not the same since they first met... but there is still some residual bitterness for the harm he inflicted. But with the sudden absence of Valkorion its like a huge weight has been lifted from their shoulders. Both of them can feel it. So they sit down and talk about what's going to happen to Zakuul and the Alliance. 

Jana knows that the Alliance will eventually come to an end and she will return to the Jedi, which Arcann asks curiously and wonders why the Force is so different around her verses how he has trained with it. Had she become that strong because she had been with the Jedi? Even questions why she would willing return after all she has accomplished and the power she has gained.
Truth of it was she never wanted it. Never wanted to Rule the Galaxy with an Iron Fist. The people should decide and govern themselves, not her. She is too inexperienced in politics and feels the longer this drags out she could loose her balance....   

Arcann is even more uncertain as his Role, he is not the Emperor of Zakuul anymore since his defeat, so without the Alliance he isn't sure what Senya and him will do after this... Could they even return To Zakuul at all? 

Understanding and Growth was the overall idea behind it.

Ahhhh okies. Oh yeah totally but you can't really blame them. Ahhhh I see similar to how Kalma sees it. Indeed and true. Ahhh cool (LOL I am so glad Maryanna wasn't the alliance commander XD)

Ahhh I see and interesting. Awwww that's so sweet. Oh my. Man... Maryanna's destiny is quite different but she felt the same as Jana.
