Entry for 's "Mythical Creatures" contest.

"Tell me, what animal is that
Which has four feet at morning bright
Has two at noon, and three at night?"

As someone who's been into Egyptology since I was eight, I never thought my first manipulation of a sphinx would be the Greek one!

And why is it that lions have to like standing in grass! *sigh* The paws amount to an educated guess in some places!
