Booster: "Take that Zurg!! I'm big and beautiful again!! Wa ahahaha woo hoo hoo!! Yeah Yeah!"
Commander: "Um, Lightyear. Rain in Nature Boy here and GET ME SOME CLOTHES!!!"
Buzz: "Uh, Roger that sir."

The requester actually asked me just for Booster but in the episode almost everybody (except Buzz and Princess Mira) is ending up naked. However, when it comes to human characters, probably Disney standards didn't allow for their exposure as much as in aliens' case. And so, three guys from the second screenshots have been shown in the way their nudity is almost unnoticeable.

A bit better situation is with Commander Nebula (I actually edited the screenshot with him to show how much has he actually been exposed). Also, he already know somehow where's he supposed to have his hands immediately after being back to his regular form.

Interesting thing is that green steam's suddenly starting to be a translucent thing but only when Booster is the only naked character on the screen. Not even have to mention Commander Nebula's headgear and prosthesis (which is barely able to be noticed but it's here too) totally break the logic.

And again Booster's nudity actually matters as Commander Nebulla's calling him out as "nature boy". Talking about Commander Nebula! Do I have to tell you Buzz's boos is the only guy here who's complaining on being butt naked?
