Spring = new beginings, rebirth, etc.Man, how much do I love those stories where Sesshoumaru and Kagome just happen to randomly run into each other in present day (in a city of almost 13M ppl)? :answer -> SO MUCH:
For the "Spring" contest over on , it's been ages since I've done a contest. It was also an opportunity to illustrate one of my favorite fanfic conventions AND do an illustration of "*insert favorite anime/manga couple* under the cherry blossoms" that is practically a requirement of every self-respecting anime/manga fanartist.
Also - LOL Sess' power tie.
Characters belong to Rumiko Takahashi.

I can just see him dabbing on his concealer every morning - morning cup of coffee in one hand, cosmetic sponge in the other...
This was inspired by an amalgamation of fic (mostly one-shots) that all have a sort of similar overarching theme. I don't have any marked in my ficlist at this time, but now that this is posted I will certainly add links as I come across particularly good examples of the genre.
also - OMG SESS IN ONLY THE TIE AND CUFFS YESPLZ NOM NOM NOM. I want to draw it now...but it would def. be DA inappropriate

Ugh yeah....lol I do not compare to any of the great writers tho, and it's unfinished because life does that sometimes to fanfiction lol! It's on www.fanfiction.net/~sintar it's called Melodic Memory. I wrote it years ago, and it's well, if I ever get around to it, I'm going to fix it, or re-do it. I only brought it up because mine takes place in present time. You'd probably like my Labyrinth fic better, that one takes place in present time and it reads a little better. It sucks because I really enjoy writing, but when I see other peoples writings I just think, wow, I am not worthy haha.

At least you put your writing out there though, getting feedback and making yourself produce a finished product, it has to help anyone improve. I write but am too terrified to post anything.

It sort of killed me to bind and shorten his hair because I sort of want to just wrap myself up in his pretty pretty bishi hair. But I kept it as long as possible because I know us fangirls LOVE it

I wouldn't hate yellow so much if it didn't make me look like I was dying or something when I try to wear it. *Has a pale/pastey complexion with tints of yellow in the undertone. CAN SOOOOOOO not pull of yellow, orange, or red in any shade.*

What's funny is that my mom has brown, which is the dominant trait, and my dad has a blue-ish hazel. My sister ended up with a yellow-y hazel eye color and I ended up with green. It's really cool, but weird at the same time.

thank you! I'm sort of a cel-shading newbie, so I'm still getting the hang of it. The "less is more" nature of it is something of a struggle for me.
