The 11th doctor from Doctor Who drawn in a rather, cute cartoony style lol XDI rather like how it came out actually :'P Though his sonic screwdriver looks like complete crap since I lost the reference I was using for it XD;; So I just winged it bro...
Also.. wasn't sure about his eye color...
