12 layers, 3-4 hours... besides the fecking HAAANDDSSSSS I like how this turned out.From me and Free's RP - Freeze had a programming issue, so he and Ice connected and Commander was sent to check what it was.
I imagined it like a mix of the .EXE stuff and TRONish... stuff...? idk XD Commander's outfit there is a mix of Icey's normal and .EXE outfits.
Is it easy to tell I love glowy things?
