Who knows, one day through some really advance bio tech and cybernetics, we may one day have something of the like, living and mingling among the populous.
I am not too sure about the head size on some of the images of them though. May have to be made a bit smaller in order to make them physically feasible for some natural mobility, or just being able to stand up OK.
And this bio tech and cybernetics would not just apply to ponies alone, we may see an explosion of new forms come to life. What a world that would be! ^.^
And perhaps the world maybe a little less "ew" after. 0.o

Actually, it is very dissapointing sometimes when u want to use pony art to make a 3d model... Once i tried and i was overwhelmed, because the nose was too big.
I tried with a sweetie belle fanart made by jungle pony, and i was really, VERY dissapointed
