It's Damnsel, who's been talked into taking off her jacket for your viewing pleasure charity.
I was giving some more thought to her powers and backstory. I've already established her turning into mist, so I'm thinking she's got some vampiric background. I'm leaning toward there being some vampire that somehow split his attributes among several different people. Some were luckier than others (poor Joe. He can't cross over running water).

I'm limited to models/clothes/props/hair/etc that others make, though I can make changes through the use of shaders and other tricks. I likely won't be able to get the exact outfit you have in mind for your character, but chances are I can get pretty close.
