DOCTOR: The glowing eyes tell me the cyborg's power is running and that systems are active. Furthermore, different colors of eyes inform me what mode the cyborg is in (the colorblind can go fuck themselves).
ASSISTANT: And the glowing teeth?
DOCTOR: Intimidation.
ASSISTANT: Ah.

SinisterMarauder wanted to see Fantasma handgagged as part of some #handgag_bondage2022 thing. Apparently it's an ongoing challenge chain thing, so I'll challenge Dangerguy01 to handgag one of his ladies if he so desires. But he doesn't have to. Of course, like with chain letters, a bunch of bad luck will befall him if he doesn't.
