In EverQuest, snakes used to have "Kick" as one of their abilities, leading to many an amusing "A moss snake kicks YOU for x points of damage!" messages in the combat logs. Sadly, the devs removed it, but "Teaching snakes to kick" remained one of the game's loading messages for quite a while.
Anyway, I thought I'd show Janus in his level 1 days having to deal with this phenomenon.
