A turtle, exposed to the elements, approached Laser Lass and shared his plight.
"I was attacked," he said, "and when I woke up, my shell was gone. Will you please help me find my shell?"
The turtle's embarrassed tone and manner struck Laser Lass, and she about burst into tears on the spot. She replaced her sadness with righteous indignation and vowed to help the turtle find his shell.
