very nice design, the colors look like classic snake but the style is very much guilty gear (sol badguy) if you ask me either way great job.

Exactly! I used a Sol drawing as pose reference but the snake thing... it is a complete coincidence! When I created this character Metal Gear Solid wasn't launched yet!
Thanx again!!!

Np, I understand guilty gear as referance I love the style of that game I've redrawn off some of Zotto's proportions myself, great job and great style.

This guy reminds me of so many different characters it's not even funny... most of them being ninjas and requiring only minor changes.
Anyway I really like the pencil work, especially as I haven't seen that many on DA leave their cross-hatching in after coloring. Kinda refreshing actually.

This character was not made to be unique, as a matter of fact he's made exactly to be like anyone else. Let me explain: he's an Assamite assassin and the most important to him is to be imperceptible. The clothes he's using on this drawing are a kind of "battle suit" and are a lot more "perceptible" than his normal clothes. The White Wolf "Word of Darkness" (which the RPG Vampire: the Masquerade takes part) is just like our real world by the exception that vampires, werewolves, mages, wraiths and other mythical creatures do exist and dwells the shadows of the world to make us, humans, unaware of them. Thinking about this context I believe I couldn't make a cooler an unique design to this character... I think he became too much Solid Snake and he have to be more simple!
Anyway, thanks by your opinion that really makes sense but I made him exactly to be that way: like anyone else.
PS: About the coloring, I think the computer gave us so many resources that the majority forget how cool is to develop the hand made trace and put every effort on the digital colors... it's a pity.

That's the problem. He was created that way. But he's more dark than snake and ...
I don't know how to pass all the things I know about the character in a few drawings.
Thanks anyway!

HA! If you mix something of Prince of Persia you'll get the essence of the character, at least in a "action" way. His behavior an mood are more complicated...
Bye
