[ bio ]:

    Being the second child of Princess Ariel, he grew up being quite less protected than Melody was growing up. He always loved going with Melody to swim by the beach and build sandcastles. However as he grew older, he became more independent and adventurous. Going far away from his parents to retrieve survivors from outside the castle. His parents didn't think it was safe for him to go too far, so they gave him ground rules only allowing him to go out a certain distance. He then heard of Auradon prep, he saw it as his chance to get some freedom in his life. He begged to attend and his mother finally convinced Eric to allow the boy to go, seeing herself when she was young and wanted to be free. She met Eric by going out and about. She thought he would find someone for himself as well. Melody asked to go, Eric was hesitant to let his daughter leave but he allowed it.

    After Ariel manages to get Sam and Melody all prepared, they were sent out. They first arrived by sea, taking a ship. After arriving the docks, they were picked up by carriage and managed to arrive and were welcomed by Ben and his girlfriend Audrey. They were nicely accepted in. After some time there, he grew to be quite happy. He even managed to get himself a spot at Auradon's swim team as assistant Coach. He was loving his time there.

    After some time, he heard of the Child's of the Lost Isle were being allowed to attend. He was one of the few to be fine with that. One day, Ben was showing Aphrodite around and eventually ended up by the pool. Ben introduced Sam to Aphrodite and Aphrodite was freaked by him being Ariel's son. Sam being the kind hearted person he is, told him the problems of their parent's shouldn't affect them, however Melody decided to ruin the calm conversation by yelling at Aphrodite to back off from Sam. After Sam talked with Melody to chill, Aphrodite stole her voice. Sam felt fear course his body and he stiffen. He stayed mute as they conversated and eventually Aphrodite left. Sam didn't think Aphrodite was like his mother, he was just very scared of the necklace.

    After some time Ben asked if Sam could help Aphrodite get rid of his fear of water. He gladly accepted and began to help the fellow boy. He was always there to help the boy stay comfortable and secure and eventually helped him overcome his fear of water and of Ariel's relatives. At the Family Dinner while everyone shunned and hated on the child's of the Lost Isle, he attempted to go and comfort Aphrodite but was stopped by Melody. She even told him that Aphrodite was just like his mother as Sam witnessed Aphrodite steal some voices but returned them. Sam didn't care though, he knew he was only doing what he had to do.

    In the end, he was frozen alongside the others. When the Child's of the Lost saved the day, he went up to Aphrodite and asked him for a dance. Melody even found herself being a bit more accepting of Aphrodite.
