Please take another look at dA's copyright policy: [link] dA isn't Photobucket. It's for art you created yourself, not images you found online and liked. Adding a filter or two in Photoshop doesn't make a picture yours.

You say you didn't take the original photo, so I have a question. Did you get the original takers permission?

If you don't know who originally took it then it's probably a bad idea to put it on your account, since without permission it is considered art theft. It's best to take it down before people start reporting you.
