Eep, my first Doctor who picture!! May I warn that this is the first time i've sketched anything from an actual photograph for SOOOO LONG... so i apologise! Am itching to take a pen and some paint or graphic makers to this (it's nowhere near finished) but i thought i'd better shove the original version in here just for reference (or just in case i really f*** up, either really...)

So... uuh, yeah. I'm pretty sure the pose of David tennant was from the christmas invasion with the rachnos-- where he seems to have gone a bit weird, then all of a sudden his expression goes a bit like he's realised something- when i saw that as a still i thought it would be great to use rose behind him, as if she's there in spirit whispering for him to 'let go'-- hence the title.
