For my graphics assignment we had to make some stamps, and I made one of fashion week using this picture.
But I just wanted to know two things:

Very pretty. I'm truly enjoying the aged photograph feel to this. Helps give the shot a vintage atmosphere. The costume is also gorgeous. Makes me wish I had something similar in my own closet. =]

They are brushes for photoshop, so I just clicked the paintbrush and added a new layer

It is pretty darn expensive to be honest with you, I'd shop around for it, on amazon it is triple figures
