Yeah, that's Ishtaros one of the bosses from Ninja Gaiden. I was surprised that nobody ported her yet on XNA. And sadly I don't know how and can't port models so the least I can do is meshmodding. As you can see the head part is a mess but it's literally impossible to make it exactly like how it looks in the game so I did what I could.

I was thinking about sharing it here but I don't know about releasing the meshmod. Let's make this: If I receive enough comments here wanting this model I just made, I'll post the download in another pic.
