"That's so raw dude..."This is Garuda from Street Fighter EX.
Once again I was going for a ruff painted look.
I used Photoshop 7 to color this.

This looks great. It has a good gritty, dark feel. He looks positively fearsome! I really need to get my SFEX+A out one of these days. I talk about it that much. I reminds me of playing against my brother. He was nearly always Garuda (apart from when he was Guile).
