Description
This is a picture of Remy, and Ryu from Capcom's Street Fighter III: Third Strike fighting.Ryu rushes in with a big right hook, and lights out.
I made 3 versions of this picture, because I'm not really sure which one looks the best.

this one is the best out of the three. selective blurring.

I think I like the color and effects on this version the most, but there are still some extra lines that seem forced.

I was trying new brushes in Photoshop 7.
I used the first 6 natural brushes ranging form sizes 12-24.
So I was really struggling to control the lines a bit more.
Some where left just out of frustration, adn confussion on what lines to keep or not.
