If you ask a Mortal Kombat fan this one question, "Who is your favorite character?" It'll come right down to Sub-Zero and Scorpion. For me, as much as I love Scorpion, I would find myself playing as Sub Zero, and for me.
For those wondering, this is Kuai Liang, who is the more popular version of Sub-Zero than his brother Bi-Han.
In the DC United Universe, Kuai Liang and his brother Bi-Han were inducted into the Lin Kuei, as children, as they were both born with the powers of cryomancy (the ability to control and manipulated ice). Bi Han is inducted into the first Mortal Kombat, and is killed by Scorpion, in hopes of avenging the Shirai Ryu. This angers Kuai Liang as his only blood family is killed by this demon from hell. In honoring his brother, Kuai Liang dawns his brothers colors and becomes the second Sub- Zero. However unlike his brother, Kuai Liang has a sense of ethics, and will not kill unless it is necessary, otherwise he believes he would be no different than Scorpion or anyone from The Lin Kuei.
My design for Sub-Zero is based off From MK 2 all the way to MKX, and he plays a role in The Justice Heroes, as the founding member.
