Description

Top: A-95 Metal Driger, Hasbro / International version

Bottom left: A-108 Gaia Dragoon G (Strata Dragoon G), Takara / Japanese version

Bottom right: A-100 Wolborg 4, Takara / Japanese version

The rest of my Engine Gear Beys. That Metal Driger is from my childhood and traded from a friend so the condition is crap, yet hey at the same time it's probably the one Bey from my childhood condition that has survived and lasted the best, even though the engine it has is busted.

Gaia Dragoon kinda sucks atleast in my experience, but Wolborg 4, ooooh man that one is amazing, maybe not in battle but I love the mechanism in it. All Wolborg's before this one have used a freespinning tip to increase the endurance (atleast in theory, not so sure about Wolborg 2), so this one instead has this whooole big piece that covers a large chunk of the base and the tip, and attaches to the engine gear. Wolborg 4's engine gear doesn't really lock in any way, instead the moment you stop winding it and release it, it starts spinning like crazy, soooo you need to kind of hold it still right before the moment you launch the Bey. It's weird, but pretty damn unique.

Thanks! And yeah, the classic ones are definitely my faves, Metal Fight is pretty alright too (especially in customization) but yeaaah Burst really isn't for me.

Yeah.

I actually haven't found any Burst Beys in where I'm from (the UK) and its a shame

I will say though that it makes me EXTREMELY happy that they're doing the occasional Classic Beyblade release in the new Burst style

I've bought two generic Burst Beys in person and two online, the ones I bought online were those remake Beys of Dragoon S and Dranzer S, I'm pretty glad they've made more after those two too but yeah I just haven't bothered with them yet, maybe some day, all of them are preeeetty awesome.
