Transformers UK2.10 CoverThis is the cover of issue 2.10 of the UK Transformers comic. The numbering system restarted after Revenge of the Fallen came out so it's issue 10 of series 2.
The cover required Optimus Prime to be breaking out of chains, King-Kong style, and I thought making them electrified would make it a bit more interesting!
I quite like drawing movie Prime but like to make him a tad bulkier with a touch of G1 in the head design.

Jeez, so this is the good stuff I missed within the month I was gone. XD I've always wondered how long you've been drawing in order to get to this level of skill, that's including school of course. Or if you went to art school at all. I haven't, I guess I should but I hate people judging my work to not be good enough. I never like being told what to do unless it's a commission or I ask them what they want.

I remember reading this issues a few months ago. It was great.
Though, thanks to Revenge of the Fallen, I can't look at Movie Optimus without thinking "He wants our faces!!! O-o!"
