I love the facial tattoos and the ornamentation on her armour, along with the runes on her sword. However, the way she's holding the sword looks a little unrealistic, like the weapon doesn't weigh anything.
I was expecting a vampire, given the title.

I am always a fan of your work and as usual your colors and blending are superb. You have a great mastery of the brush and the lighting is just fantastic. That being said (because what is the use of a critique if I don't tell you what I like too??) there is something very.....off to me about the feet. Her left leg (the one that's crossing) feels too far forward and at too sharp of an angle when compared to her torso and the feet themselves...well....I keep wanting to say that it's the way the armor prevents us from seeing her heel but I'm left feeling like her feet are pointy for somereason. I sort of half expect hooves there instead of boots.
That all aside, the detailing on the armor is fantastic and I'm very fond of the way her left hand came out. The flames are blended in well and if I have to sit here and debate on whether those were photoshopped in or just painted, then you did an excellent job. I still haven't decided which.

Awesome colors! Her proportions look a little funky to me though, seems like the legs/lower body are too small for the arms/head/upper body, but it's an amazing picture overall.

The blue on the sword helps to draw the eye to it and otherwise break up the read color scheme. Very nice work and high attention to detail.
