Whoa, this is stunning. There's just something about the skeletal looking armour, the structures in the background with their red, glowing windows, and the background in general that tickles my fancy.

er i think you could maybe make him a little more demonic.. and the spikes a little sharper so he is more of a contrast to your celestial one...but way the best stuff ive seen soo far

That armor is so detailed and well shaded/lighted. The background is a beautiful contrast. I like the decomposing cape. The extra notches in the sword make it look like a painful weapon. The shield is huge.

in my opinion he is unique. technically good?? have you even considered how much time and effort went into a piece like this? and what does it being digital have to do with anything? i respect digital artists just as much as i do traditional artists. apparently you dont have a respect for artists.

You're giving me a nosebleed (not the Japanese sexual kind). This is hardly original... guy in armor with sword and shield. It's technically good, but it's digital. Not exactly impressive.

This painting is my favorite of all the pictures you have sumbited here on dA. It has a very evil mood and i believe you captured the escence of war in this painting. I really love the intricacy of his armor, the detail in his sowrd(the glyphs on the blade and the shadow/fog on the edge) and sheild (the stitchwork and fabric creases) But theres one little thing about his right forearm that is bugging me. I can see that the spikes on his armor are pointing the right direction, they match with the left arm, but they are angled a little forward which stands out a little. But thankfully it goes unnoticed to me because i spend most of my looking on the armor, blade, sheild, helm, and buildings in the background.

The design in the armour itself is a work of art.. not to mention the colour, the tones; oh, it might just be me, but his forearm his bugging me a little. Shouldn't the spikes be twisted the other way around?

i think not...for funstionalitys sake if the spikes were the other direction, every time he brought the forearm in, it would catch on the spikes. may not be what was in mind, but thats how i see it *shrug*
