To The Powers That Be,
To the best of my ability, I have determined that Disney's Purchase of Marvel Comics is neither a hoax, nor a fever dream, but indeed a reality, true believer. To that end, I demand that you produce the Disney/Invaders ongoing series that fans have been clamoring for since the 40's. Also, I demand that you negotiate with Warner Brothers/DC Comics, so that we may also see the long awaited Disney/Invaders versus Looney Tunes/All-Star Squadron crossover.
I would be happy to write and draw these books for a nominal fee. Enclosed is a piece of sample art, proving my nerdish devotion to pointless, but awesome, crossovers.

The pose is loosely based the standard Mickey Mouse images turned up by my internet research. This whole thing took me about three hours, which is fast for me. Yes, I'm painfully slooow.

It's not so much the drawing that makes this picture, but more the coloring and all that in this case.

I'll buy that for a dollar. Especially if you drew it. I'm with Fridolfs on the overload thing but yours is acceptable, man. Nice job, I love the classic feel with the eyes, color scheme and all. I think the slight sketchiness adds to it too. This style really would make me pick up a comic based on this idea. Not that I wouldn't check it out anyway but extra incentive like this never hurt.

i had fun with this, but i don't plan on doing more of these... unless the right inspiration really hits me (the key for this one was making it vintage mickey--that got me more excited about the idea).

Nice! I'm almost super sick of the sensory overload abundance of Disney/Marvel art within the past 24 hours, although I've got no bad feelings towards the merger (rather a wait-and-see). But you did a cute job drawing this up. Additional Disneybucks for the pacman eyes
