this one of of my pieces tht i hreworked for a book with load of my faorite artists in it as wellit going to be vs thing where another artist add to to the piece...they plan on making ht book a2 in size

holy crap! thats huge! my largest image was less than 55megs, and my computer was like: dave, why are you doing this dave?

hell yeah i have pretty beefy computer which helped alot of the skate decks i do get up to about 300 to 600 meg when there still in layers sort of crazy you can tell it aint happy about for sure

lol, how beefy is beefy? i haven't made anything on my new computer, but my old one was gforce4 4600, 1 gig ram, and 3.4 whatever processor, which had the problems with the 50 meg image.

dual 2.2hz i had for a few years now a half a gig of ram and running raid harddrives for my scratch disk havent bothered upgrading as it can do everthing i want and still got a few more years it also use a 18in cintiq table they are the best thing ever made for computers artist woth every cent.....i use mainly for designing tattoos at work

heh, thats my old one - and it couldn't handle crap. new one is nvidia 7800gt, only 512mb (but i'm getting more), and dual pentium 4s. i just switched comps last week, and yeah its cool - but i suck at art : (. i just started a "real" piece of art, and the weight of it is so incredibly daunting.. blah, i hate feeling how big a project i have given myself.. cause then i don't want to do it.
