Wow, Ive just gone through all of your Padme drawings, and i'm so dissapointed theres no more. 
Which would be the 39th? Is it the dress which she wheres in episode two, When her and anakin go to Naboo, It's similar to the dress you've called 'chrysler padme' (lol great title) although she has material draped over the headdress and it's abit smaller.

This is gonna be the best project ever, even if they do have to shovel you into an asylum afterwards, it'll be dang worth it. She's such an excellently designed/dressed and coiffed character...I think Lucas put all of the money into her wardrobe and make-up rather than...ya know...plot.
