Sigma would win this hands down. Not only is he virtually immortal, but he's fought opponents with energy swords several times, and Vader's main weakness is lightning. As we've seen, Sigma's energy sword is basically pure lightning; it fries the circuits of any machine it connects with. Also, many of Vader's fighting strategies are centered on choking or wounding his opponent, but considering Sigma is completely non-organic, I don't think Vader would have many options against him, whereas one direct stab from Sigma would destroy Vader.
