Jackie wins.
While the punisher may be tough he is still human with no real powers to speak of.
The only way that he could win is if Jackie was in the light or without his healing abilities the darkness gives him.
but if Jackie did not have his powers( say before his 21st birthday) then it would be a even fight between the two, and at that point would be to tough to really decide.

Its a little bit late reply but ok. Frank Castle would win when Jackie Estecado when he doesnt had his powers why ?
Because the Punisher is a highly trained soldier before he was the Punisher he was a soldier he is a better shooter than Jackie , Jackie is from the Mafia but i dont think that he is better than Frank , Frank is bigger, stronger and smarter than Jackie ever can be. Its something different when Jackie has his powers, the Punisher has still a chance but when you read the comics you can tell that the Punisher killed a lot of ,,real'' Superheroes too the thing is that Jackie can heal himself. Its hard to tell but i think Jackie wins it probably.
