Recent painting im working on .-. gah cant finish it any time soon... feeeel brutally sickkk OTL welp... hope ya guys like it... im going to attempt to finish this painting this time .-... wish me luck lol.. also... can anyone come up with a better name for him xD?
ALSO, the first character of a series of characters I shall create!..
Flash is a member of a group called the Resistance (un-original title),

Lots of action and movement, but some elements are getting lost. First there could be stronger separation of the figure from the background. Maybe with color. You've got the same greys in both grounds. This is classic composition stuff so any number of tricks will work.
As for the figure itself, I want to know how that far leg is positioned in space. It's looking kinda side view now when I feel like I'm looking down on the figure overall. You could square up the front leg too. Make sure that the thigh, knee, shin and foot are all working together and connecting with the pelvis. And that weapon thingy...put the disc in perspective.
I'd like to see that forward arm separate from the body. That and many of the details of the armor and weapons will pop more with stronger lighting, maybe two lights.
Good job on the background. They're hard to do.

Nicely done mate. You did great with the pose and you did an awesome job with the design. The background looks good, but it could look a lot better. YOu threw in a lot of details into your character and making him dynamic, but your background looks flat. I would say that you could have really made this come to life if you spent more time with your backgrounds. I know I've been a broken record on this, but try doing a fantasy landscape painting. It should really help you with detailing your backgrounds. You seem to have a pretty good idea on perspective and color choice, so for that I do give you credit for.
You did a fantastic job with the setting and design. All I have to say is, improve your background and you will be making some epic pieces of art.

thankkkkss <3 also that weapon took me ages to make ;n; creating circular weapons is such a pain ;n; went through so many rough designs......, but i'm glad my efforts paid off and someone actually likes it
