Description Hi everyone, here is a quick knight painting. I was practicing different workflows and rendering techniques, as well as lighting.
I hope you all like this one

I absolutely love the armor, you always seem to create it so well. Even when it's conisdered "simple".

Hi Jason! I follow your works since a long time ago, and I think that the way you improve your skills (especially with your rendering technics) is quite nice!

However, for this piece, I must admit that I prefer widely your previous lightning technics, even if they seem more "Magic". I don't feel impress on this one, because in view of your other works, I find that "flat" render doesn't make the thing, even if it's more realistic
But hey, we're just talking about lightning here, your skills with painting still always pretty badass, man

Thanks for the support Excalle and for the comment
You have a point there, and I definitely like my lighting for my other pieces as well. For this one i was just experimenting with low-light and natural lighting.

In this case, this is not bad at all!

I think a little more highlight (As you made on the helmet) on the details of the armor above the breast and on the shoulder would have been able to give a better impression of metal, even if it's a low-light (Or just a little boost on the details with the dodge tool would make the work too ^-^)
