I see... Well, even that jason tried to work with Dick and Tim, but he wanted them to join him, check out Nightwing: brothers in Blood, and Robin #180.. And he even had a sidekick that he loves more than anything, Scarlet, you could see he in Batman and Robin Revenge of the Redhood, and Batman and Robin Streets Run Red..
Jason isn't a villain, he loves the batfamily, even before the new52, he has anger problems which stood in the way, but even with that anger he tried to reach out to his family.. More than once
