In many ways, she's Jason if he was a female, she comes from a poor family, her father is a criminal, she's talented but some writers choose to ignore that to make Tim look more awesome, she's a great complax character that some people only see as Tim Drake gf, unfortunately

I hope so, but the Outlaws are over and Jason is going solo after issue #50, Tim is back into being Robin so who knows, maybe she'll have a more interesting part in the Batfamily in the future
