Ive just seen a bargin copy of one signed goin for $600 so I might pick up 2 for that price lol 
I like your use of colour for this piece, the mirky greens and blues against the reds in his skin work well with the theme.

Yeah it's a great book, both Hyperion and then The Fall of Hyperion. I haven't read the other two yet. $600!? Haha that's ridiculous.
