• Painter 11 + Wacom Tablet (entire one layer painting).
• Time taken: I can't honestly remember, but I watched the sun rise and set a lot.

• This artwork is a gift back to the awesome Shaelyn FaeOfDoom - who sent me a surprise gift of A Link Between Worlds so that I could finally play it! Thank you so much!
Some of you might have remembered me making the huge Skyward Sword art piece a few years back. Well, I've done it again with A Link Between Worlds! I think this is almost a tradition from me from now on.
A Link Between Worlds is a fantastic game. Absolutely fantastic. If you own a 3DS, I recommend you get this game. It really brings back that "feel" of what a Zelda game should be - loads of areas to explore, absolutely beautiful music, unforgettable characters, your own choices to make and not much of a linearity.
I made this artwork while playing the game again and pin-pointing out the main events - which was a bit difficult at times since I really wanted to progress with the game and just drop the artwork, but I wanted this art piece to be completed, despite it being a mammoth task.
Not everything is in this artwork. Just the main events that I thought were most important to me and the game. Plus, the dungeons were drawn in the order that I personally went through the first time.
I've really been wanting to finish this before I head off to E3 2014 at LA this year! Exciting things are happening at Nintendo! See you all there!

I think most of it will only be understood by those who've already played it! To others, it's just pretty backgrounds and characters *^*

Wow. This image completely captures the feel of the game. I like the way the top and bottom "panels" frame the story - they both refer to the end state with the sages watching from the Sacred Realm and the hero protecting the world below. Hyrule appears as bright and optimistic as it does in the game, while the fragmented dungeons clearly reflect the shattered land of Lorule. I also like the flow between Hilda taking the Triforce of Wisdom and Ravio's reveal. Keeping the final battle in the background captured both its literal and thematic feeling: literal in the sense that most of the battle takes place on the wall, and thematic because Yuga's betrayal was unrelated to Hilda's plot.

WOW! This is absolutely incredible! Words don't even adequately describe how awesome it is. I just love all the colors and transitions. The texture is also really cool. It looks so painterly, almost as if it were done with traditional paints (especially at the bottom!) I can't even imagine how long this must have taken. *bows* Kudos. Beautiful work!

Link and Zelda (near the start, around the old man and the three gems) seem a bit stubby. Maybe it's their shoulders or something...? >.<

Wow...To say this is a masterpiece is an understatement. You've captured the whole story and its emotion without a single word, and each scene flows into the next seamlessly. I love your art style and colors; this is absolutely beautiful. I can only imagine the amount of effort this took. Impressive work as always!
