I heard around that the game really sux ballz. I mean the graphics are beautiful ofc, but the limited use of characters and a handful of mimics, I'll stick to playing SCIV. But the only character I like, even though I HAVE NOT bought this game yet is Viola, the mysterious fortuneteller. When she came out, everyone thought she was AMY just because she wears the same type of lolita dress and have "A" written in her beads over her head, also lets not forget that she has the same voice actresses for Amy in SCIV. But sadly, its not Amy meaning in game play wise. I saw vids and just shook my head...either way Viola has my vote!#TeamViola

You're going by looks from the game; forget the looks, graphics, etc. If you buy a game for the flashy colors and etc, then YOU are Seriously Retarded. I go for game play and story which SC has failed in since SC III. Even though people bitched and moaned about the same graphic engine they used in SC II for SC III, it was still a great game, both game play and story wise. IV, I don't know; but the graphics, story, and game play bored me because it didn't make me want to keep playing. Gamers today have forgotten what a true game is all about. All they care about IS the graphics and beating the game with a guidebook. So when I looked at the hype of SC V, I didn't like it once they revealed that past characters' weapons and abilities were going to be used for the new mimic characters, it made no sense. Even through the 'beautiful graphics', I still haven't bought it and never will, but I only like Ivy and Viola out of the whole game and I don't even have it in my PS3. If it 'looks' good to you, then bravo, but in the end, it could never be as good as SC II.

Much more detail in this piece than most of your others. Looks good! Of course I'd love to see more like this. As for SCIV, unfortunately the game does suck. I mean, like so many other sequels lately, the older games have much more and better content where as the newer games have superior graphics. Not a worthwhile trade off in my opinion. Soul Caliber 3 had the best goodies.

But I still think she's Amy. The moveset may be different, but there are a shit load of things that hint she might be Amy.

Well she's not. I guess PS wanted to give her Amy's clothes and shit, but its still laziness though because they could of designed her more differently. But hey, at least Tekken is holding the torch, because SC died after 2 and 3.

Well, here's a pretty interesting hint that may be hinting to Viola's true identity.
Amy is Raphael's adoptive daughter right? Well, when you are about to fight Viola with Raphael, he will say "You vex me. Who are you woman?" Another one, after he does his vampire bite on Viola, he will say "Strange...". That's a pretty big hint. And who knows? Maybe the design was to hint Viola might be Amy.
But I do agree. I was terribly disappointed with SC5 
So I'm not on SC5's side, but I do still believe Viola's true identity might be Amy. Like I said. There have been a lot of hints showing it.

Beacause Viola really isn't Amy? Project Soul already said she isn't Amy so Idk why they placed in these hints and clues to fool fans into thinking she is Amy. Maybe Viola has Amy's soul, Idk, but it just gives fans the middle finger to keep thinking that's truly Amy.
Ah, CC looked cool, but 60 bucks on a handful of mimics and headaches...I rather just wait til TT 2 comes out this year and DOA5; but even ppl who are DOA fans fear the game won't be so popular anymore...because ppl still judge it as a boob fest and not an actual good fighting game. I enjoy it because its way more different to execute combos on there instead of SC. Just saying.

Just because she has an entirely new fighting style, doesn't mean that she might not be Amy. That's like saying, that Tekken's Jin Kazama is a completely different character than he was in Tekken 3, when he got a brand new moveset in Tekken 4.
