A reference sheet for when Rhiannon takes on Light Form while in Tempest Cosmic Power Henshin. This is her natural state and closest approximation to form applied to Sailor Senshi state.

Element: Pillar of Light Element. The "Yang" of Yin and Yang. Life via Light. Fertility.
Stone: Rainbow Clear Diamond, Iridescent clear or white stones.
Class Association: Any class which uses or relies on light/life.
Animal:
Symbols: Crystalline or White Lotus, Double-winged heart crowned with stars with a star inclusion jewel in the center.
Sword: Illumina, Natural Form. [link]
Distinguishing Marks - Forehead marking. Hair becomes white with rainbow sheen. Eyes and hair produce soft glow. Skin looks like flecked with diamond dust, and is very pale - almost albino or washed out in appearance with pale, frost-bluish tint. It also has a soft glow. Rhiannon tends to look the most fae - the most alien in this form.

As the Light Pillar, it doesn't take much to release the seals and let her power flow - the bigger problem is reigning it in. Light Element rushes like rapids - slams like a tsunami. It relentlessly flows rapidly through what it touches - most who use Light element have problems with high-energy and attention span if they do not know how to reign it in properly. It is required for growth - the formation of minerals and some metals, and even for the Sun. It is required to see using visual spectrum. But too much, and you will become blind - and nothing will rest. Light is both as beautiful as it is dangerous - just as its counter element is, Darkness. Light has as much capability for corruption and abuse as well. And so, Light is a neutral element - tendencies abound to correct, to create, and to shine.

Rhiannon must be careful when unlocking that she doesn't release too much - or risk "Light Blasting" all life from the surrounding planet, star system, or even sector or galaxy (depending on how much is unlocked.) "Light Blasting" works thusly - at first things grow wildly and beings are pushed into mating frenzy. As it gets stronger, cells overcharge and burst, things crystallize and so forth. In Rhiannon's usual state, she regulates the flow as squeezing water from a rock - and blends into the abundant Life/Light energy in the area. But as there are individuals of great power who seek to end life, magic, and elemental energy flow, she must be careful releasing this form - it draws a lot of attention....

Senshi who use Light Energy, which is most all within the Universe, would find their powers rendered dead without the energy she generates in her higher form - it is this form she uses for mortal exploration, called Rhiannon Ren, that connects the energy grid. Of course, if such a catastrophic event were to happen, senshi who suddenly found themselves without power wouldn't have long to debate it - the universe would fade out to its beginning void state a short time after.

All attacks in this form have Light X2, and minor all (Rainbow) element.
